Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the gnkstudio.app website and the custom themes produced by GnK Studio, a product of GnK Web, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the studio or purchasing a theme, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase of a custom theme, assembled from the design you approved stage by stage in the studio. There is no subscription. The delivered files are yours: host them where you like, modify them freely, keep them indefinitely.

Design directions, the site chrome and your homepage mockup are free. A single payment — quoted as line items before you pay — unlocks the remaining pages, your revision rounds, and delivery of the theme files.

Payments & licensing

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, and your receipt comes from Stripe. WordPress themes are delivered under the GPL, as the platform requires; Shopify themes under Shopify's standard theme terms. Project credits bought in a freelancer pack are tied to your account and do not expire.

What you can do

• Install and use your theme on any site you own or operate, on any host.
• Modify it however you want, including after delivery.
• Deliver it to a client as your own work — that is what white-label delivery is for.
• Keep using it indefinitely. Nothing expires, and the theme never phones home.

What you can't do

• Resell or redistribute your theme as a stock template or theme product.
• Use the free stages for automated or bulk generation; fair-use limits and rate limiting apply.

Your content

Text, logos, images and product information you provide stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to design and build your theme.

Revisions & defects

Two revision rounds per page are included; further rounds are $12 each and work on any page. If a delivered page differs from the mockup you approved, that is a defect: report it within 30 days and the fix is free, without spending a round.

Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, and unused pack credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Your hosting, your responsibility

Themes run on hosting you control. You are responsible for your server, your backups, your plugins, and the data your site collects. A theme is not a maintenance contract.

Disclaimer

Themes are provided “as is” once delivered and approved. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
