GnK Studio is a product of GnK Web, LLC. Refunds are processed through Stripe, back to your original payment method.

You see it before you pay

Three design directions, your site chrome and your homepage mockup are free. Nothing is charged until you have seen your own homepage, in your own brand, and chosen to continue. If none of it convinces you, walk away having paid nothing.

30-day money-back guarantee

If your delivered theme does not work as approved and we cannot put it right, you get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@gnkwebapps.com with what you expected and what happened.

Defects are free to fix

If a delivered page differs from the mockup you approved, that is a defect, not a change of mind. Report it within 30 days and the fix is free — it does not spend a revision round. Most defects are repaired the same week.

Unused pack credits

Credits from a freelancer pack bought in the last 30 days are refundable if unused. Credits already spent on a delivered theme fall under that project's guarantee instead.

What isn't covered

• A change of mind after a working theme has been delivered and approved by you.
• Problems caused by your hosting, plugins, or modifications made after delivery.
• Wanting a different design after approving the one you chose — that is what revision rounds are for.
