Your balance is tied to your account, never expires, and applies to any project — WordPress, Shopify or static — and to any part of a quote, add-ons included. Whatever is left stays on your account. You will be asked to log in first, and balance is only applied when you choose to apply it.
Every project carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a delivered page differs from the mockup you approved, that is a defect: report it in the studio and the fix round is free.

What exactly do I get?
A zip you own: standard WordPress templates, Shopify Liquid, or plain HTML and CSS files, plus a readme. It installs on any host and any developer can read it. No account with us is needed to keep using it.
Is it really one payment?
Yes. No subscription, no per-site licence, no renewal. Once the theme is yours, it stays yours.
What if I don't like any of the three directions?
Reroll the board once, free. If nothing fits, you walk away having paid nothing — you have not been charged at that point.
How do revisions work?
Two rounds per page are included. A round is batched: pin every spot and describe every change at once. Additional rounds are $12, purchased inside the studio with one click, and usable on any page — including after delivery: revise, then download the rebuilt theme zip. Generations rejected by our own quality checks never count.
Who owns the design?
You do. Your design is generated for your brief alone and is never resold as a template to anyone else.
What is your refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee: if the delivered theme does not work as approved and we cannot fix it, you receive a full refund. And if a delivered page differs from the mockup you approved, that is a defect — report it in the studio and the fix round is free, no counter touched. The full policy is one page, linked in the footer.
How does white-label work?
For $19, the theme ships carrying your studio's name instead of ours — you type that name during the brief and it becomes the theme author, everywhere a client could look. Without it, the files list GnK Studio as author.
