Privacy Policy

GnK Studio is a product of GnK Web, LLC. This policy covers gnkstudio.app.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you save a project, buy something, or log in. It is the only account identifier we hold — there are no passwords, because we use one-time login links instead.
• Your project: the brief you write, the designs generated from it, and which stages you approved. This is what lets you come back to a project later.
• Payment records from Stripe: what you bought and when. Card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data, ever.
• We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles on you.
• We don't email you marketing you didn't ask for. Login links and receipts only.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — payments and receipts.
• Anthropic — the design generation itself. Your brief is sent to their API to produce your designs.
• Resend — sending your login links and receipts.
• Vercel & Upstash — hosting the site and storing your projects.

Each processes data only to deliver the part of the service they provide.

How long we keep it

Projects stay on your account until you delete them, because being able to reopen and revise a project later is the point. Ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it goes, apart from payment records we are legally required to retain.
